Breast Implants- Sexy or Turn Off

I'm gonna have to go against the grain and say that even the huge, totally fake looking, gravity defying pornstar boob jobs are HOT.

I think there are a lot of people that haven't seen a well done set of implants nude. They actually look pretty amazing. There are tons of men that prefer them over natural large breasts. They may feel different, but they are not hard, they move, the jiggle (holy cow they can jiggle more then I ever counted on), they are squishable. They do not look obvious or "bimboish." That is the biggest chunk of crap I've ever heard.

I also think the whole "the media is pushing it on women" is a bunch of BS. There are big boobs and small boobs all over the place. If the media is pushing anything it would be a contradictory message about what looks best. No one would be able to choose one over the other. With the majority of augmentations being done after a woman has children (I can provide links), a good portion to repair after weight loss, pregnancy, or birth defects (Poland's, PE/PC, tuberous breasts), that does not leave as much for cosmetic purposes (less than half are purely cosmetic with no corrective purpose). Why all the judgement against boobs?

Here is a picture of me from June 2006 ... My breast implants were inserted in 1998 after I had 2 children. They don't look fake most people can't even tell I had them done. I say go for it!

A close friend of mine wanted breast implants for years. I thought she had a great little figure as is. She never asked my advice, but if she had, I would've said what so many on here have said .... whatever will make you happy. She finally got her implants (C cup). They look good on her and she's happy, so win / win. I've never had any interest in them for myself .... I'm all good with my wee little A cups.

I am seeking an honest opinion from guys and ladies

Guys- If you met a girl with proportional breast implants (you may not even know they were fake), would it be a turn off? Or would it be sexy?

Ladies- If a friend wanted to get implants (again tastefully done, for example an A cup to a C), what advice would you give her? Go for it? Or not?

First of all...I don't see the POINT of getting implants in anything LESS than a C cup if you're going to get them (unless it's reconstructive surgery and a woman just wants to replace what she lost). Really...why would ANYONE want to be less than a C cup if you're going to get implants? I mean...you'd have to be COMPLETELY flat-chested to start with if all you want is an A or B cup. I'm just saying.

Secondly, cosmetic surgery is a PERSONAL choice. If you really care about the opinions of other people on what is considered "sexy," then I really don't know what to tell you. What do YOU think is sexy? That's the only opinion that really counts when you're talking about any elective surgical procedure.

And for the record...I'm a fan of cosmetic surgery. Just make sure you have a reputable, board-certified surgeon. And, no...I don't have implants. My DD's were more than I wanted! After I lost 100 lbs., I had a breast lift and a tummy tuck. Best thing I could have ever done! My surgeon is a damn ARTIST!

i had a lift done and a small augmentation to return them to their previous natural size, before running, breastfeeding, weightlifting and life changed my body. if i can make healthy fitness changes to better my shape and appearance, why stop there?

and furthermore, i've noticed that most men opposed to implants could never get themselves a fine azz girl who has um'

Fake = fail on every level.

It's real or nothing.
