This! Lol, along with: Culver's frozen custard (a Midwest restaurant chain), Taco Bell, most any kind of pizza but usually Little Caesar's or Jet's, 1/2 off late-night drinks and appetizers at Applebee's, UV Cake vodka, brownies, cheesecake, macaroni and cheese....the list could go on and on. But surprisingly, none of it sounds as appealing right now as another loss on the scale when I weigh in on Monday0 -

I work at a balanced diet, moderation, portion control ... I don't deny myself but limit and substitute ...0 -

I used to stop at CVS every night on the way to work 3rd shift and buy one or two of these:
"just to have something with my coffee," is what I always said. I haven't had a candy bar in the better part of a decade.0 -
Alcohol, sleep, CARRABBA'S, Reeses big cups, cheesecake, certain pizza(but when I eat it now it's almost not worth it)
I also allow myself to eat things when I want, it's ALL about portion when I do though and sometimes tend to go overboard.0 -

Cookies. I forego a lot of the candy I used to eat, because my body is so much more sensitive to the sugar hangover. But cookies? I know I'll feel ill afterwards, yet still have way too many. Sigh.0

I love eating salsa and Tostitos rounds. The salsa is a killer - low cals high sodium. For the amount I wanted (1 cup), I'd get 1760mg sodium and that's not including the chips.
What I really miss is limiting how much I eat.0 -
Pizza and Dairy queen's banana cream pie ice cream. OMG I have been craving those two items for weeks now and it is killing me.0
