    Enough with the "carbs are evil" campaign that is annoyingly rampant on these boards. Some people are carb sensitive, some aren't. Like everything with nutrition, it is personal. I get it, cutting carbs works for some. Newsflash: your lifestyle doesn't work for everyone.

    I eat 300 + g of carbs a day. All low carb is is a calorie restriction that singles out a particular macro nutrient.

    But some foods are more easily turned into fat by the body than others. Sugar/bread/starches are more easily converted to fat than proteins.

    If people are carb sensitive I suggest they only eat carbs in the morning for lunch and just have a protein and vegetables in the evening =). That works for me.
