Pain is weakness leaving the body.
Get busy living or get busy dying.
The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence.
To achieve success, whatever the job we have, we must pay a price.
Once you learn to quit, it becomes a habit.
Perfection is not attainable. But if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.0 -

It's not about perfect. It's about effort. And when you bring that effort every single day, that's where transformation happens. That's how change occurs.

Fight for the body you want
Get angry (my girlfriend relayed this one to me from one of her friends who is a very large, muscular guy who is very sweet but told her to get angry to get a better workout and apparently he basically hulks out...it makes me laugh more than actually get angry, but sometimes that's all I need anyway)0 -

If you want to take your mission in life to the next level, if you're stuck and you don't know how to rise, don't look outside yourself. Look inside. Don't let your fears keep you mired in the crowd. Abolish your fears and raise your commitment level to the point of no return, and I guarantee you that the Champion Within will burst forth to propel you toward victory. Bruce Jenner0
