"You earn your body.
I want to get healthy
I want to look better
I will eat right
I will exercise
I will earn my body."
Also:
"I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday".0 -

It's not really a quote, but it's what I think about when I want to quit during exercise or when I want to stuff my face with something I know I shouldn't have: BRA FAT!0

People post a "bump" so that the thread will appear on their "My topics" list and they can keep track of the discussion and what's being said.0 -
mmmmm this usually works for me in any situation- my Dad was awesome lol and growing up if there was something that was kicking my butt he would say " Are you a man or a mouse?" lol me being me and not really giving it much thought as a youngster (5 being my ealriest memory) said ya Dad I am a man lol ....well after awhile it just got to be a word of encouragement for me to give it a little more.0

Ok so this quote is my favorite of all time lol

Exercising means you'll look good naked"

"The body does not want you to do this. As you run, it tells you to stop but the mind must be strong. You always go too far for your body. You must handle the pain with strategy…It is not age; it is not diet. It is the will to succeed. – Gareau"0

Picked this up from one of those motivational sales seminars but I find it to be true through out most of life. You can apply it to having the body you want:
Those that do things others won't, have things that others don't.0 -
The voice that says you can't is a lying slut.
That one is taped on the shelf of my desk so that I see it all day, every day.0 -
Sweat is just your fat crying!!0

"If I haven't sweat through my second shirt at the end of my workout - it's not the end of my workout"
"If you're still cute at the end of your workout, you didn't workout hard enough"
I say both of those at least once a workout and it never fails to help me unleash a little bad girl to get through the workout !!0 -

The only thing that stands between you and what you want out of life is the will to try and the faith to believe it's possible.0

"You know what? It's going going to be hard as Hell. There will be days where you'd want to quit but if you quit now, there will be more work in the future."
"You don't have to go fast, you just have to go."
"Set small goals for yourself and make sure you hit them. Pretty soon all those small goals will have snowballed into something big."0 -

The voice inside your head that says "you can't do this" is a LIAR.
Don't be upset by the results you didn't get from the work you didn't do.
The last [mile/rep] is the hardest because it's the one that gets you the most results.
If you always stop after the same distance, duration or number of reps, your body will never be able to give you more.
Oh, and my husband watching me do push-ups and counting them off for me: "One. One. One. One." (as I'm on number 15, 16, 17, 18...) Darn crazy Marines! Hard to do push-ups when you're laughing...0 -
Tony Horton P90x quotes:
"Tip of the day: Don’t smash your face (w/ the dumbbells)".
“If you take care of your body, your body will take care of you.”
Don’t just *kinda* do it!”
Do NOT say you “can’t”! You can say, “I don’t want to”. You can say, “I’m not willing to put forth the effort”. But DO NOT say you CAN’T!
If you need one, take a break...But when you’re back, you’re back with a vengeance!
Rome wasn’t built in a day and your body isn't either.
Yes, I know it’s hard! It’s supposed to be!
“Oh dude, this is going to hurt sooo much, in such a beautiful way!”0 -

I saw a picture on Pinterest of a little girl who has two artifical legs and a guy who has two artifical legs who are running and when I feel like I am ready to give up I think of that little girl and I keep pushing myself because if they can do it with artifical legs and smile I need to keep pushing and be grateful for what I have and work harder...
Love it!!0 -
A slipup doesn't have to lead to an entire day of overeating. Resolve to make better choices at your next meal!

Some from my high school track coach that stuck:
"Today is a great day to get better"
"Don't die princess. You still have 2 more laps to run".0 -
I don't know how to post pictures but I'm sure someone will understand.
"Hey Girl, keep running"
Haha that is awesome!0 -

There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.0
