I'm 5' 9" and currently 261.5 pounds. I started at 276.1 (on 06/22/12) and want to get to 145, which I haven't seen in 23 years.0

5'9-5'10 (depending on who is measuring) and just down to 154-155lb (from 175lb at my heaviest at the end of last year, I think).
Idealy I'll get back down to the 144lb I was before university, but I'm now at my pre-pregnant weight (my eldest is now 8), so I've hit my first goal.0 -
Im 5'9 and weigh around 160 my goal is 135. I think it depends on where you carry your weight my problem is its all in my face and core so i have to lose a lot. Whereas if i held it in my hips, legs I would probably be ok with 150.0

I'm 5'11-5'11.5 and about 120. Annoying because I was 115-119 all winter but now I just don't care enough to lose the weight. Being 117 would be cool but I'm kind of getting over it.
Might try to gain to 130-135 once winter rolls around though!0 -

Hi I'm 5'9/5'10 and presently weigh 184lbs. My goal is 145lbs but after reading some stuff on here and seeing some before and after pics, I'm more interested in reducing my body fat than my weight. I want to get my percentage down between 21 and 24, and I would like to fit a size 12 clothing. Once I have both of those down, I'm not bothered what I weigh0

In April I weighted myself for the first time at 196. Current weight is 171.
