Syncing samsung health exercise not working
Samsung health is connected to my app and is supposed to transcribe my exercises and steps, however, it keeps double counting. Whenever I have run, it counts the calories for the steps according to the step counter as well as for the exercise whivh had already contributed to the run. How to solve it?

When we lose weight, where does it go?
I was curious, so I looked it up, watched a fascinating Ted Talk about the mathematics of weight loss and learned this: 84% of fat is exhaled as CO2 (carbon dioxide) 16% of fat is excreted as H20 (water) Not sure if it's accurate, but it was really interesting, and definitely over my head!
