Hey everyone! I'm new (again! Lol)

I've used my fitness before and it was extremely helpful to keep me in a calorie deficit. But unfortunately I took a break due to some family tragedies and it's been difficult getting motivated to start back up.
A little about me, I'm married and turning 39 this year. I had 2 babies back to back in 2020 (13 months apart!), I never got back to where I wanted to be after having them and now that's 40 is rapidly approaching I really want to get there before then! My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle with minimal processed foods and junk. CW is 187.2, GW is 142! Let's be friends!
