Hi, I’m Kenneth from Texas. My goal is to lose 27 pounds with the help of MyFitnessPal. My goal weight is 181. I visited a dietitian and he calculated that to lose 1.5 pounds a week I should limit my calories daily to 1,800. This app is so helpful in tracking what I consume. It’s all about regaining discipline in my diet. Thanks, new friends!
