Formerly lost 60 pounds on Naturally Slim (Wondr Health)

Hi, I’m Kenneth from Texas. My goal is to lose 27 pounds with the help of MyFitnessPal. My goal weight is 181. I visited a dietitian and he calculated that to lose 1.5 pounds a week I should limit my calories daily to 1,800. This app is so helpful in tracking what I consume.
