I work out at a private gym 5 days a week but I’ve been pretty stagnant in my weight loss lately so it’s time to tackle the nutrition!

  • Hi Stephanie. Seems like you got the motivation and discipline to work out 5 days a week. Awesome. I'm just starting out. From what you said..makes me wonder how does the body become stagnant in weight loss given the amount and effort you're working out. How do we prevent this? I don't want my efforts to be for nothing.
