Gaining weight and bulking
Hello, I have been using MFP for over a year and started my journey around COVID. I lost 15lbs at the time and was sitting around 136lbs. I’ve since got my weight back up to 147lbs. My goal is to get to 170lbs at a height of 5’11”. I go to the gym at least 5 times a week. I eat around 3000-4000 calories a day, but I’m…

New to the site, joined after seeing it in many Google searches
Hi everyone, I'm a 29 year old lady native and current resident of Los Angeles. This site always came up on my Google searches, and I figured I'd finally join. I started my weight loss journey back in 2018. I weighed 220 lbs at 5'6". Back then, I ate whatever I wanted and had restaurant foods almost every single meal.…

need to lose 100 lbs
That sounds absolutely disgusting but it's where I have found myself. I am hoping to find others that are in the same boat that are willing to be cheer coaches and motivators. If this sounds like something that you'd be interested in please add me as a friend.

Back At It
Between January 2018 and the summer of 2019 I lost 1005# on WW. I decided to take a bit of a break and just maintain from tracking every single thing. Weight gain problem
I have a problem with gaining weight. I started on 9th March, I take 2210 calories per day. Yesterday I had 600grams more than today. Is it normal to eat so much for 20 days ( I’m not exercising) and to lose 0.6kilos in one day? That happened twice in 20 days.

Low Carb
Hi there. Thoughts on low carb lifestyle? It seems I’ve had the best success with that since going off BC. Following low carb, I was able to lose some of the weight I’ve gained since going off BC. I follow a vegan lifestyle and would like to eat more holistically within that realm, instead of focused on low carb, but I…

Track, Summer, Football
The winter bulk has been going pretty well I think. But with the track season starting up, is it realistic to try to stick to a weight gain plan? Should I just try to maintain? Once two a days start for football idk if it’s even going to be physically possible to eat enough food. I’m an ectomorph who plays d line so I need…

Nervous About Increased Calorie Budget
Since October 2021, I've lost nearly 25 pounds. Two of those pounds were lost in the last week. I read here a lot and I suspect I'm not eating enough even though I don't ever feel starved. I only have 15ish pounds to go, so this morning, I upped my calories by 100 because I'd rather be losing between 1/2 and 3/4 of a pound…
