Hi everyone,
I just started to use this App 29 days ago (straight) so I guess I have engrained this habit.
My goal is to gain muscle mass. I’m 52, skinny (arms & limbs), no belly. Strength hasn’t been necessarily there all these years as I rarely did strength exercise, but I do want to change this live pattern, to really push myself as I don’t want to keep losing muscle mass as I aged.
