Need help here

Hey there! I just started using MyFitnessPal to gain some weight and muscle. My current height: 1.64 meters (5"3) my current weight: 49 kg (108 lbs) goal for now: 53 kg (116 lbs). It says that I have to consume about 1870 kcal every day but I can't get there. I do about 6 hours of sport (martial arts + basketball) in a week and work out nearly every day, too. So I burn many calories and don't hit the daily goal. Do you know any snacks/recipes with many calories and protein? Thanks in advance
