Need healthy alternatives
I am a huge fan of chips, hamburgers and fries. I have made homemade burgers with turkey meat instead of red meat, but I have yet to find a new alternative to my chip and fries cravings. Does anyone have alternatives that they use or have heard of?

I have slightly high cholestral and I read oat meal helps with that, but oatmeal had 150 calories so when I eat it I always go over my 1200 calories. Any suggestions I do love oatmeal.

I quit drinking today.
I had a year of clean eating in 2011 then I fell off the wagon. Today I read Jason Vale's alcohol book again and now I have more confidence than ever. I won't struggle, I just had to reset my thinking. I'm exited to be in this group to share recipes and gain new knowledge. Cheers!

Advice on how best to prepare leafy greens/cabbages!
Hello :) I'm currently living abroad and have access to loads of cabbages, dark leafy greens etc. I find I'm always cooking them the same way - either adding them to soup or sauteing them on the stove top. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!

Need to learn about clean eating
I am 78 years and my health is suffering, so I have to lose 40 lbs. my Dr tells me I Need to stay away from processed foods and eat only fresh.
