Low carb grab and go breakfast ideas
Hey guys - I generally take my breakfast with me to work, but I'm looking for some options for "grab and go" or make the night before breakfasts. I'm controlling my carbs so it does not have to be carb free, but 15g or less would be great. I appreciate any ideas!

I have noted that when you eat plain yogurt as the last item at any meal, the food comes out exactly in 6 hours. No constipation whatsoever. I believe we gain weight the longer it takes to digest. Try it and share your experience.

desi fruit salad
i recently tried this..i cut all the fruits inely which are available at home and add 200g yogurt to one bowl of fruit..and sprinkle a little chaat masala on top. (one of the very famous indo-pak spice-mix)..its yummyyyy..those who dontmind extra calories, can add half a teaspoon lemon tang..so yummy...

I find I'm constantly trying to find snacks that kill a craving. Healthy snacks can be so dull! And even sometimes really calorific... Hummus/ guac two of my fave 'healthy' snacks are loaded in calories. HELP!!!!!
