Changing Jobs = increase calories?
Starting Monday, I'll be going from a job where I'm at a desk for 8 hours per day to one where I'm on my feet in a lab for 8 hours. How accurate, or otherwise, is the BMR calculator on MFP?
I ask because the MFP calculator gives me a BMR of 1675, and a few other online resources seem to be saying between 1705 and 1715... 40-50 calories isn't so much, but I'd like to be reasonably accurate about this!

TDEE & BMR calculations - can someone confirm?
If my BMR is 1533, my TDEE is 2365 & my TDEE - cut (20%) = 1892 -- then that means I need to set my daily calorie goal on MFP to 1892 and exercise 3-5 times a week to burn around 473 calories each workout?
