What do you find challenging during this Insane journey?
For me the biggest challenge is not going over my calorie goal. The problem is not that my calorie goal is low. I eat 1450 average a day and I eat ALL my calories back that I burn from exercising. Anyone else experience foot cramps?
After 4 weeks of doing Insanity, I was hoping my arches would adjust. I feel that my feet are losing feeling often during the workouts, and sometimes in the middle. I end up having to stop so I can stretch out my arches. Could it be my shoes, or should I do certain stretches?
