  • My giant belt is now too big, I had to punch more holes in it as of today. B)
  • The lunges kick my ***!!!! I hate them and love them simultaneously, lol. My level 1 day 7 is tomorrow and Jillian is still making me sore!
  • Oh how I envy all you lovely people that can eat all the eggs :( My favorite breakfast is dippy eggs and toast, but I can not have it because I'm super sensitive to eggs :'( once in a very rare while I eat it anyways cus sometimes it's just worth it!

  • I wish I could help you here. Maybe try this one? http://www.shape.com/fitness/workouts/vertical-abs-workout-6-standing-moves-six-pack/slide/all Hope this can help you out some :)
  • It depends on where I am in my cycle but this happens to me here and there too. You can probably eat a portion of your exercise calories back, drink some more water, and have some coffee :) if it seems uncontrollable, you may want to check with the doctor again.
  • Just finished level 1 day 5, I am definitely seeing little changes in my upper arms, yay tank tops ^^
  • I have been very happy with my polar H7 chest strap, and polar beat is really user friendly. It's nice the H7 didn't cost out the *** either lol. Can probably get one for 40-60$ depending on sales. Good luck and hope you find one you really like too :)
  • I had a bad day yesterday. I woke up nauseous and vomit-y so I ate junk food later in the day and slept a lot. Not the smartest thing but it did make me feel better. I stayed in my calories but it reminded me why I stopped eating doughnuts and stuff, cus they steal all your calories for the day! I'm upset with myself over…
  • After a bad food day for me this thread is just what the doctor ordered :) my personal favorite: "a year from now you'll wish you started yesterday." Made me think that there's no time like the present, so why not today?
  • Day 2 of level one complete! It was only a tad easier today lol :)
  • After 65 days of logging and faithfully working out I decided to actually get some workout clothes, weights, a yoga mat and two Jillian michaels dvd's. It wasn't so much reward as it was not wanting to spend money on stuff when I didn't trust myself to stick to it! It was fun shopping for fitness things :)
  • Omg this happens to me IMMEDIATELY after I finish my session on the elliptical, I am fine while I'm on it but once I complete my workout I'm running upstairs cus it's like I'm gonna pee my pants omg 911 style!

  • I am starting as soon as the mat I ordered is delivered, should be tomorrow! I can't believe I'm so excited to start this :)
  • I have slowly built up to 45-47 minutes of interval resistance/speed on my elliptical 6x a week. You truly can't spot reduce your trouble areas... but I can attest that staying in my calorie goals, I've successfully lost almost 24 pounds and multitudes of inches over my whole body in just a little over two months. Keep at…
  • I love horses, ever since I first learned what animals were when I was a toddler. I am so sorry you have to say good bye to them. My heart goes out to you and so do my hugs.....BUT At least now you can say good bye to extra weight too. About the food, it's okay, none of us are perfect and we all have a bad day sometimes.…
  • I'd log it as undrained, but eat it drained lol. But I do believe they would be roughly equal. Since the drained volume is smaller and I think they would have two nutrition graphs if the calorie info in the two sizes were vastly different. Hope this helps, I'm not 100% sure lol :)
  • Peaches, cherries, and kiwis(I just eat them whole, skin and all lol YUM!!!)
  • I actually only started exercising because I have a lot of anxiety. I didn't want the doctor throwing pills and medication at me, so I bought an elliptical and started using it everyday. It has definitely taken the edge off all my anxiety and I feel really good too - also lost some weight for an added bonus :) now I love…
  • I can barely do a plank for 5 seconds with both my legs- you are an inspiration. I always hold them longer on my knees and try to do them on my toes as much as I can... But I still kinda suck at it lol
  • I had to retire all my current bras... Just way too much extra room in the cups and no support anymore. I miraculously found one from when I was smaller that I kept for some reason... And it fits perfectly now. I teared up a little bit because when I looked at it I thought "maybe in a couple of months" but tried it on…
  • I think you should be fine to just log as normal?? When does your "morning"begin? You'll be on a rotation so it might make counting a little confusing at first I think, like if you eat breakfast at 7pm on day 1 it's just gonna think you under ate that day, after that it should all roll together... I think :) sorry I'm…
  • Why do I feel like this is either super creepy or super sweet for whoever Paula is <.<

  • I ran my elliptical with my glasses once. It was very distracting as the sweat and craziness just made them slide off and kept having to fix them. I used my contacts from that point going forward!
  • I did the easiest workout setting on mine when I got it. It was 20 minutes and I took like 10 or 15 breaks to catch my breath and then when I finally completed that setting.... I passed out in to dead sleep naked and sweaty on my couch for like 3 hours lmao. I have been able to slowly work up to 45 minutes with no breaks…
  • Best quote I ever heard that helped me find and maintain my motivation: "a year from now you'll wish you started yesterday!!" You have to start somewhere and I understand more than anyone that in the beginning it truly feels pointless and that it will never work. BUT IT DOES work and it just takes some time and dedication!…
  • My coworker is using a waist wrap "trainer" lol... She keeps telling me I need to get one, that it's gonna jump start my tummy toning. I'm at the point now that I just laugh it off because I know those things are a huge scam now. A lot of people just refuse to believe a good old fashioned calorie deficit is all they need.…
  • I don't trust my elliptical calorie reads or mfp's. I only eat back like 100-200 calories of it, but the majority of the time I don't eat them back at all... Have been steady and not too fast on the loss track so far, I'll listen to my body though if I get tired or slow or shakes or headaches!
  • I have often thought of rewarding myself but have yet to do so. I think when I hit my -30lb(9 more to go!) maybe I'll eat something cheaty(lol) or buy something neat like some more fitness stuff or maybe some clothes... Though I am reluctant about the clothes because I still have a ways to go lol. This is a great thread by…
