  • I don't think coconut oil would be better. Why not put in some almond milk or something instead? Coconut oil is OK in moderation of course. And better than many other oils. But it's still an oil.

  • I understand. Sometimes family or friends or work or whatever can be sooooo stressful. Try to get up early to exercise before dealing with family. Prepare your meals so you aren't stressed out about it later (why add something else to be stressed about??).
