  • If you want to change your whole diet, then brown rice is the way to go. Much healthier, nutrition and fills your stomach lol.
  • How long have you worked out? I think you look thinner when you are toned and I feel I look more toned than before, though I don't have much difference in my weight.
  • I eat pretty much the same thing for lunch and I am happy. Very healthy but I don't eat breakfast. I try to have 15-17 hours between dinner and next meal so I have early lunch at 10 or 11. I try to curve my morning hunger by exercising, though it doesn't work always lol. Stay happy.
  • Natto - a Japanese food that is fermented soybeans - contains 4 kcal / g (8.25g - 33kcal) Generally high in protein
  • Please add me to your friend's request! I'm active.
  • Come on, face the reality! I gained some weight, though I was also scared of weighing myself but once done, you'll have more motivation to go back! I came back to the square 1 or even before but now getting on the track.. Go for it!
  • Please add me! I am active and keen to lose weight and stay healthy!
  • I was running the same way two years ago as I am now but didn't lose much weight at all. This time, I am reducing my food intake by calculating calories then I see the progress. I think food really matters rather than exercising. I've lost some body fat as well but gaining muscle is a long process, I found. But I do lots…
  • My suggestion would be 'go to bed early' so that you don't have to snack
  • If you are looking at some low calorie stuff then you can make it in a soup noodle form (so the same with nabeyaki udon) but what you would put in should be something like seaweed (wakame - not sure if you can find it but would be good with a dried one), spring onions chopped into small pieces, and possibly fake crab meat…
  • Mines are big for my body size and it has been a huge complex for my life. Now I am trying to slim my whole body in expectation that calves and thighs get smaller. I started yoga a few months ago and I am pretty in to it. Some yoga instructor said your calves become smaller because you'd stretch calves a lot with yoga,…
  • I eat healthily including carbs because you do need some. I then calculate daily calorie intake. It is important to take enough, not too low so that your body doesn't get into a hunger mode in which the body starts accumulating fat in preparation for hunger. Maybe you can avoid carbs only for dinner?
  • I used to be a vegetarian and what is important is not to eat too much cheese. Eat beans like lentils and chick peas instead of diary. Then you should be fine. Keep going!
  • Having gone through a hard time - unemployed, living with mom with dementia- I need to do something good for myself. Becoming beautiful and liking myself will surely bring some positive changes to my life.
  • You should try to do something when you feel hungry rather than increasing your allowance. I'm not in a position to tell you as I do exceed my allowance pretty much every day so I am even gaining my weight! But the trick is to reduce calory intake. My exercise routine cannot be changed.... Because I exercise enough.
  • I feel the same. I gained .5 kg after started this :-( Feeling list now, though I know the reason... I daily exercise but my food intake increased when I had some visitors, eating out for 5 days! I don't regret it but I really need to have a strong mind not to snack now...
  • I tend to look at some 'models' who are thinner than me. So yes, visualising what I want to become, though they have long lean legs that I will not be able to have even if I loose some more weight lol Maintaining myself healthy and healthy looking is another one. My stomach has 2 lines now that really motivate me to stay…
  • I want to feel good again when I was in my early 20's. I felt much lighter and probably better. Now I don't like myself, though I am within a healthy weight. I want to look 'slim'.
  • I'm also considering quitting sweeteners because the brain still signals as sugar and the body produces insulin, then no point alternating sweetness with chemicals. Honey and maple syrup would be better than sugar, though. Personally I don't like non fat products as they don't taste good at all...
  • I use this daily so please feel free to add me!
  • No worries. It was only one night and be strong and go back to your diet! My sister's family was over for 5 days and I had no choice but to eat and drink. I kept all the record of what I ate and just input all the data this morning. I also weighed myself, resulting in finding I gained 1 kg (sigh) but all I should do is to…
  • Some people say you should weigh once a week to see the progress. Personally, I weigh every day 2-3 times, ha ha. But also you can weigh yourself twice a day - when you get up and probably the lightest weight in a day and after dinner - the heaviest in a day to see how your weight fluctuates. In a graph, the weight should…
  • I'm on this app everyday. Fairly active, looking for mates. Please feel free to add me
  • My calorie intake should be around 1000 kcal but when I subscribed to this, the computer automatically calculated as 1200. But if I want to achieve my goal within the timeframe I target at, I should eat around 1000 kcal a day. Can I join you?
  • I feel trapped sometimes... I try to look at thin people on the street, thinking I want those legs etc.. to keep myself motivated and on the track. Feel free to add me as well.
  • I do 60 minutes running and 60 minutes yoga every day (plus 30 minutes walk that doesn't count after running). In total, I should aim at 3600 minutes this month. So far I've done all 10 days! My problem, though, is control in calorie intake for weight loss. I had my sister's family over for 5 days and I had to eat... And…
  • Justice by Sandel - serious but his lectures were fantastic! But I also finished a book by Lee Child, too.
  • Fabulous 45
  • You look beautiful and shiny! Congratulations!
