    I do 60 minutes running and 60 minutes yoga every day (plus 30 minutes walk that doesn't count after running). In total, I should aim at 3600 minutes this month. So far I've done all 10 days!

    My problem, though, is control in calorie intake for weight loss. I had my sister's family over for 5 days and I had to eat... And gained 1 kg after they left

    Missed fitness today due electrical issues but had great fun rolling and then a busy day at work with various friends visiting. Days like this remind me that I have the most amazing life!

    One thing that has really helped me is to focus on portion size. It means I can eat anything I like, but the amount I'm allowed is dependant on how healthy it is. So in situations when I'm expected to eat something that isn't the healthiest choice, I take a small portion and enjoy it slowly. People see me eating and don't realise I'm only having a small amount so they leave me alone.

    Our July exercise challenge was a great success. I challenged everyone to complete 1,000 minutes of exercise for the month. Some even surpassed that goal by completing over 2,000! Great job!

    The goal here is simple: get moving. It doesn't matter when or how, just get moving.

    Challenge:
    1) Set a goal for yourself of how many minutes of exercise you wish to complete this month. Minimum bid is 1,000 minutes (that's about a half an hour per day this month).
    2) Post your goal here.

    I workout on the elliptical 60mins everyday and run for 15 mins on the treadmill.
    My weak point is eating at night. I will have a great day and when I get home from work, the hell will let lose smh. #myfitnesslife#
