    Aug 8 = 90 mins……..calisthenics, bike and strength training
    Aug 9 = Rest Day
    Aug 10 = 90 mins……calisthenics, bike and strength training
    Aug 11 = 110 mins…..calisthenics, weight lifting and swimming
    Aug 12 = 40 mins……swimming
    Aug 13 = 80 mins……calisthenics, weight lifting and bike
    Aug 14 = 35 mins……swimming

    2 week total= 960/1800

    I'm starting late. I'm Shana and I just joined a few days ago my goal is 1000 minutes for the month.

    8/8 180 minutes cardio (archery)
    8/9 210 minutes cardio (combined archery and pistol shooting)

    First week total = 390 minutes (that's all I have logged on this app)

    I'm behind, but should get caught up this week.

    50 minutes behind target, but this week I am only working 2 days and plan to get in some good training time leading up to Sunday's fencing competition so I am sure I will catch up.

    Oooh, I always wanted to do archery. What bow do you use?

    I shoot an Olympic recurve. Hoyt GPX riser. Currently using Win&Win 32# limbs with a Shibuya dual click sight. I'll be moving up to 36# limbs shortly with either the Hoyt 720 carbon/wood limbs or Hoyt carbon/foam limbs.

    Thanks! All I understood was recurve, but it sounds great. I want a long bow, my friend has a custom one but it just sits in his room!
