I do 60 minutes running and 60 minutes yoga every day (plus 30 minutes walk that doesn't count after running). In total, I should aim at 3600 minutes this month. So far I've done all 10 days!
My problem, though, is control in calorie intake for weight loss. I had my sister's family over for 5 days and I had to eat... And gained 1 kg after they left0 -

Missed fitness today due electrical issues but had great fun rolling and then a busy day at work with various friends visiting. Days like this remind me that I have the most amazing life!0 -

One thing that has really helped me is to focus on portion size. It means I can eat anything I like, but the amount I'm allowed is dependant on how healthy it is. So in situations when I'm expected to eat something that isn't the healthiest choice, I take a small portion and enjoy it slowly. People see me eating and don't realise I'm only having a small amount so they leave me alone.0 -

The goal here is simple: get moving. It doesn't matter when or how, just get moving.
Challenge:
1) Set a goal for yourself of how many minutes of exercise you wish to complete this month. Minimum bid is 1,000 minutes (that's about a half an hour per day this month).
2) Post your goal here.
3) Log in and post your progress as much or as little as you wish. You can post every day, every few days, or once a week.
4) Encourage your fellow participants.
My name is Amy and I am committing to 1,500 minutes of exercise this month!
I'm so happy that so many of you are taking this with me!

Nonny try for more protein and water during the day so you're not hungry at night.
