    Aug 9 = Rest Day
    Aug 10 = 90 mins…...calisthenics, bike and strength training
    Aug 11 = 110 mins….calisthenics, weight lifting and swimming
    Aug 12 = 40 mins……swimming

    845/1800 = 12 Day Total

    I love this idea! I'm on board. Just started today and already did 90 minutes today. Don't know how close I can get to 1,000 but I will accept the challenge. Hope to do it again next month. :) Karen.
