Less would be great. I'm aiming for none though. I have a problem stopping once I start. It's never gotten me into trouble or anything, but I could see it happening some day. Here we go...

JFT, no alcohol. Mindful eating.
-
Mini goal is to get back below 200 lbs. Only 7.2 to go.
-
To get back to my 2015 goal weight. Ride my motorcycle on more trips other than commuting. Kayak more. Be more active in general.

I somehow missed the last walk interval of C25K Week 4 Day 2. I kept waiting for the bell, so when I heard it I about $h!t when I had to keep running. Steep hill still conquered. I'm going to wear that sucker down.
-
Lack of movement. Too much food and booze. Fixed the first two and cut out the third completely. Oh what a difference...!

If I remember correctly, a 6 hr MC trip gave me 18,000 steps. I didn't know how to correct them then. To work and back is only a few hundred, so that's fairly insignificant in the scope of things. I'm usually in a weekly or weekend step competition, so I correct mine. I want to win or place high but I want it fair. I'd…

As mentioned above, riding is a physical activity, and you do burn calories. I personally like to leave more calories on the table at the end of the day. I've put it in my pocket. I've put it in my lunch box in my top case. It still recorded false steps... I hope you figure something out that works for you.
-
My Fitbit Charge 3 gives false steps riding mine, which shows increased calories burned. I simply create a non-exercise activity like driving that covers the time I was riding. I also log the calories burned as 1 (you have to put something). This takes the false steps away.

OP is obviously a sleepwalker, and is raiding the kitchen at night... 😊

This was happening to me today also. I found a suggested fix that worked. Log in to MFP on the internet. Go to exercises and add an exercise like walking and save it. I put 10 min for the time. I reopened the app, and everything synced up. I then went back and deleted the manual entry. I hope this doesn't become a regular…

I haven't noticed false steps from my car, but riding my motorcycle gives them to me. I even tried putting my Fitbit in my jacket pocket but it still registered false steps.

Stayed within calorie goals even though there's a bunch of Easter candy in the house.

Check out Starting Strength. It's tried and true. I started on StrongLifts 5x5, but I have gravitated towards SS. Add weight to the bar every workout.
-
Egg white omelet with cheese, shredded smoked pork shoulder, and low fat cottage cheese.

Someone is watching and waiting for me to fail. I am going to disappoint them!

I hated the way I felt and looked at my heaviest. I refused to buy larger clothes again. My dad and oldest brother have had heart attacks. I wanted to improve my chances of avoiding that. It has been worth every bit of work to get back down to where I want to be.

Another here that weighs daily. Watching the trend is what keeps me from stressing over the daily fluctuations, especially if it is a higher number on a particular day.
-
I weigh daily and use Happy Scale to watch the averages.
-
Twenty-fourth wedding anniversary coming up. How she put up with me this long, I'll never know. It must be my cooking. :p

I went to high school in Shelton, but live on the Oregon coast now. I still have family up there in Hoquiam, Marysville, and North Bend.

That I need to eat about 5 donuts on donut Friday, when I wouldn't take any. Also said though, was "I wish I had your willpower."
-
I did it about 8 years ago. Drank the shakes, ate very little, and walked a lot. I lost 45 lbs. It wasn't sustainable though. There is not a chance that I'd ever do it that way again since finding MFP. I have enjoyed losing while still eating foods that I like to eat.
-
Family history of stroke and heart attack. Not wanting to become the biggest person in the office. Seeing a picture of myself prior to finding MFP.
-
My pappy said son you're gonna drive me to drinkin' If you don't stop drivin' that hot rod Lincoln
-
Bonus time beyond what I usually do on the treadmill.
-
I don't have any tricks, but "No, thank you" works for me. I haven't had a Friday donut at work since I started losing weight. I would love a maple bar, but it isn't worth the calorie hit to me. I do enjoy a few Werther's Sugar Free candies almost daily though.
-
Another thankful person here. Also love the eggs my backyard crew gives us everyday.

Yes. My wife and MIL go every weekend. They make money with what they buy.

Being honest with myself with logging. Keeping my eye on the ball.
