It’s good for people who have a lot to lose. I almost didn’t win my last dietbet. I am at 179 right now and would not join another one because I don’t think I could lose 4% in 4 weeks. But it’s an overall good site to motivate people into getting healthier, losing weight, and winning some extra cash!

My freshly washed size 14s are a little big in the waist. Usually jeans are always right after washing lol.

My husband was on it and he had really bad brain fog. Plus he doctor didn’t tell him the long term effects of it and decided to stop taking it and he gained some weight back. He wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Such a horrible drug.

I suspect I have poor circulation in my hands and feet tbh. It sucks getting old, eh? Lol.

Idk. I am always cold. Even when I was in the 200s. I'm probably destined to always be cold. So I just suck it up Lol.

Please be careful choosing depo. Long term depo use shows it can cause bone loss and infertility. They put a black box warning on it years ago. ❤️❤️

150 at the moment. Maybe 140. Then I will decide if I want to go lower or just lift weights from there. ☺️

I've always been on the big side. So my goal is to be able to fit in a size 6. I don't remember the last time I wore a 6. I know it was in my teenage years somewhere. Lol. I want to look fierce in a little black dress without having to think about spanx or having rolls.

I have a Fitbit Blaze. I love it when I use it. I haven't used it in awhile because I've become lazy. I also lost my charger and my new one doesn't come in until tomorrow. But, when I did use it, it was pretty accurate with +/- about 100 steps. My sleep tracker was also pretty accurate. I liked the touchscreen and how I…

Starting weight: 195 ( early '16) Goal weight: 130 Current weight: 174 Total weight lost: 21 This week's successes: was active. This week's challenges: being more active. I've gotten super lazy in the past months and need to get back into the swing of things.

I recommend getting a Blaze over the HR. Maybe I'm biased but my Charge HR crapped out on me not even having it a month in. I've also read that the HR has the most issues. My Blaze has been nothing but awesome and I've had it for almost 4 months now!

I use my bob stroller when walking trails or my Tula baby carrier. I suppose if i was walking more than a couple miles i might invest in a hiking pack. They can be pricey. You can probably find one on your local craigslist.

I can fit into size 14 pants. A month ago at the same weight I couldn't even zip them up!! And my wedding ring is getting loose again even though I had it resized awhile ago!

Yep. I have a blaze and love it. I've become a bit obsessed with steps but I use it daily for running and working out. I had a charge hr and it bit the dust not even a month in and I'm glad I upgraded.

JSYK, they have to put that on everything in the state of california because california thinks that everything causes cancer and everything else.. I use Fitmiss and love it.

So I've started to use my compression socks when I run. There is a difference and I can run more when I wear them. Is that good or bad?? And does anyone have a favorite running sock they would like to share so i can get some more?? Thanks!! @moyer566 congratulations!!

Blaze! My charge hr but the dust not even a month in of having it. I'm so happy it did and I upgraded to the blaze!

It's supposed to be really hot this weekend in the PNW. Very different than usual! I would have done a 5k tomorrow in my town but we are going to the ZOO, so I won't be getting any miles in tomorrow. And it's supposed to be blazing hot also. Yay for 103* at the Zoo. lol. Lots of steps, but no running. Still keeping up with…

Thanks!! I ran my second mile and didn't stop either. I ran with my 10 year old. I made a new PR of 10:57. I have never ran a mile under 11 mins. Hopefully I can keep that up!!! I almost cried I was so happy!!

6/1: 2 miles. :#

Thanks!!! I have been running for awhile but I have never really been able to run a whole mile without stopping or walking. Today I did this all while pushing a jogging stroller with my 1 year old in it! I have another mile to run today but I am super proud of myself for this accomplishment!! Goal 1/60

New here! I'm gonna try for 60! Upcoming events: 6/25 The Dirty Dash

I have a rowing machine and love it!

Treadmill running is the worst. If you want to run, run outside! It's easier! I was like this. But then I was like Idc, I'm doing this for me and not anyone else. If someone wants to judge me, that's on them. I give no *kitten* now about what other people think about my body. My opinion is the only one that matters! If…

I am still a size 16. Maybe my hips are huge bc I'm less weight than some of you and I can't fit into a 14. :( I know everyone is different. I'm just jealous lol. I'm 5'5 and cw is 175. Sw was 198.

I'm really happy my Charge HR bit the dust and I was able to return it and get the Blaze! Love this thing!
-
I hope to be at my goal weight by thanksgiving! Right now I am 180. My GW is 140. UGW maybe 130. I haven't really decided. I am pretty happy with an almost 20lb weight loss though since January!

I love my Fitbit aria.

This is so true. We ate like crap before this. My son who is 12 got up to 137lbs, because of us and how we as parents ate and taught them to eat and eating crap fast food all the time or pizza. I didn't teach them the right way to eat. How to eat healthy but still taste good. These 35 days of eating right and healthy, but…
