Dehydration?

Cheese. I would risk pooping my pants if I was told I was lactose intolerant. We're all 1 sneeze away from pooping our pants anyways. LOL.
-
I find that fasting for most of a day then eating a really big strip loin or ribeye steak with butter or cream cheese causes a bit of a whoosh
-
Kids are gross and full of germs. There is no way that I am eating my kids leftovers. LOL
-
I'm in Edmonton. You can get Ghee at Walmart and Superstore in the Indian foods area. as for MTC - it is expensive. Just use coconut oil.
-
I usually have a salad containing spring mix, tomato, pumpkin seeds, cheese, meatballs or chicken and olive oil or full fat Greek yogurt with stevia and a few berries or natural peanut butter.
-
I find that increasing my protein for a few days causes a loss when I'm at a stall. Dig into a big juicy Ribeye steak and see what happens.
-
Drug stores behind the counter. I get mine at Shoppers
-
That's a prime example of how the chemicals in the foods that we eat affect our stomachs
-
My Effexor XR has decreased my appetite. I'm assuming that it is not a side affect of the medication but one of the perks of having less anxiety now.
-
It's creamier and less greasy tasting that way
-
I have a question for you - Are you eating only 25 grams of protein as in 25 grams in weight on a scale or logging it in your food diary as letting the food log work out the number of grams of protein?
-
Carry 30 pounds of potatoes around a grocery store for 5 minutes. It'll really make you think about how far you have come. Seriously - I've done it.
-
For sure. And this time around it's taken me 9 months to lose a bit over 20 pounds doing everything the correct way
-
Yes, it allows me to cook less expensive cuts of meat and have them turn out well
-
I had my hair fall out on my first attempt at keto...The Dr Bernstein Diet.. I was eating 800 calories/day and almost no fat. I was cold, sick and tired. Ruined my metabolism.
-
Ah...System. I really hate the word when it comes to sales
-
My carbs are veggies, heavy whipping cream and yogurt. I don't eat root veg because it will cause cravings. Sometimes I eat raspberries and strawberries.
-
Moon cheese
-
Home cooked meals
-
It was more about being ready to love myself enough to allow it to happen and to stop self-sabotaging. I got real with myself.
-
I did lose quite a bit of hair on my first round of what I thought was Keto. But I wasn't eating nearly enough fat (only what I got from Chicken and Shrimp). I totally ruined my metabolism by not properly educating myself. In your case, I would suspect that even though your first 2 pregnancies were the same as far as hair…

Yes, it's very refreshing. Tastes slightly like lemon meringue pie
-
Peanut butter is definitely incredible in Greek Yogurt. I often add lemon or lime flavored olive oil as well.
-
Don't forget about zucchini, mushrooms and cauliflower! I love all veggies so It's a bit difficult for me to relate, but I think that you may be able to get used to cauliflower with all of the great things you can do with it
-
Yes, moon cheese is "out of this world" tasty goodness!!
-
I actually just made something similar for breakfast this morning. I just put pizza topping in with some turkey meatballs. I used tomato paste with Italian seasoning and added in some zucchini noodles as well (extra carbs there). Dang, I knew I should have taken a picture!
-
I love them as well - fried and roasted, but they smell and taste horrible the next day
-
I always have salad with protein and tons of olive oil for breakfast around 10am. Time to switch it up though to something I can heat up though because it's getting cold where I live so salad won't work for me
