That is a good idea^ Also I think just watch your NET and if you are at least at 1200 a day then you will be OK. Maybe also think about getting a HRM. MFP is pretty bad about giving away too many colories when putting in exercise.

Yeah I do busy stuff at night to keep me busy and not eating. Like cleaning or stepping while watching tv. If I do snack its on almonds or a banana.I also space out what I eat longer in the day. I try to go 3.5 hours during the day so I can eat a lil more later on at night.

It can happen. Not saying it happens to everyone at the exact same time but if someone starts not losing weight then that might be the issue. Everyone is different for sure. But the net should be around 1200 a day to properly fuel your body. Someone might lose even MORE weight by doing this.

Check online. Most places have calories online. I usually check before I go places so I know if something is two serving to only eat half and save the rest. If it isn't online I try to type it in and go with whatever I can find closest and don't get too discouraged if I am a little off on my calories for the day. It is…

yeah that's what I was going to say. I check the box and weigh things after they are cooked if the box says so. but otherwise I weigh most things raw. :) Good luck!

I have asked a lot of my friends the same thing and 99% of the time they don't have a HRM and MFP is high on calories.

Try looking up the place you want to go eat before hand. See the serving sizes and go from there. Usually they feed two people or servings so you can only eat half and watch your calories still. I started buying dark chocolate and freezing it and then either melting it over strawberries or eating a few pieces at a time and that helps me!

Maybe put it under circuit training? That's what I put things under when I am not too sure. :)

I say yes. I would say buy a heart rate monitor though because you may not know how fast you are walking and it would be hard to track to get accurate calories. But YES it counts. :)

Buy a food scale! Its a big help! It will be annoying at first but it does help you realize portion sizes. :) Good luck!

I wash my hair after the gym. On off days I don't wash it, which is only 1 or 2 times a week.

I get what you are saying. Don't let them bother you. Its annoying but the only person they are truly hurting is themselves and pocketbooks.

You are probably eating too little. Check out your NET calories for the day.They should be at least 1200. If not your body could go in starvation mode and hold onto fat. This was happening to me. :) Good luck!

I am not coordinated either but love zumba. I don't do it as much as I wish though. Its fun.
