I didn't have an "Easter lunch" or "Easter dinner" or meal of any kind but I did allow this to be my cheat day sort of. I still logged all of my food though because I feel it's important if you want to stay within your weekly calorie goals. I also went for two walks one 35 min and one 22 min. I think it's fine to cheat on…

I avoid it because it's easier to stay within my calorie goals if I do.

I hardly eat any dairy at all. It's inflammatory and cheese is so high in calories. It's really difficult me to make any head way with my caloric deficit if I include dairy in my diet, so I just did away with it altogether. And it kind of took some getting used to at first, but now I don't even crave it. It's likes…

I have an FT7 too. Does anyone even know what these zones mean? I just use it to track calorie burn and that's about all.

I have this really neat free app it's available for iPhone and android and it's called the 7 minute workout. Really easy calisthenics (just using your own body weight type stuff) and when I first started working out I just used to do two rounds (14 minutes total) as just something to get me started and get me going.

I highly recommend EAS Lean. 15g of protein for 2 scoops and only 100 cal. It comes in chocolate and vanilla Creme but the vanilla Creme is by far the standout. I mix mine with 16 oz of unsweetened cashew milk by silk (a whopping 50 cal, yes you read that right. Only 50 cal for 2 cups) and I can have a filling, great…

Still not used to the texture, but the salt and vinegar flavor is grade A!!

I have found them at GNC and publix (my gym actually sells them at the counter too) and the hype is the fact that they are delicious! Raspberry white chocolate!!

Awesome! Keep pushing!

I bought a pair of work pans 2 sizes too small hoping they would be my motivation pants. And now I wear them to work every day and they're even starting to get a little loose. Guess it's time for new motivation pants?

Payless also offers wide calf boot selections and yes, I was able to find some cute styles but the choices are often limited and even if I do find boots that fit I still feel like I look stocky and bulky. I just always feel uncomfortable when I'm not wearing heels and though I'm actually 5'8 my calves make me feel very…

Heyyy I see what you did there :p lol

Almost no more bulge from my bra in the back! Whoo!

Bump

Someone else who feels my pain about boots!!

Patron shots with salt and lime. Gets the job done for only 69 cal per oz (typical shot is 1.5 oz) so just have 2 shots to make the math easier!

I'm a little too focused at the moment to make this mistake. I don't eat anything unless I know the nutritional information almost exactly. Which can be very frustrating as I never substitute anything at restaurants and when I do eat out its only at places that have everything posted online, which stinks because I live in…

Caloric goals are always my first priority. Then comes sodium, protein, and carbs.

Lol well thanks but it's my calves (lower legs) that are bulky not so much my life thighs (upper legs). But I really appreciate the compliment!

I really like this idea although I'd replace "calorie" with "macros" to consider other factors. Nature's own makes a honey wheat that is only 40 cal per slice and pretty macro friendly. Flat out also makes a variety of flatbread/tortillas that are 90 cal and macro friendly for wraps and tacos and such

Mindy Kaling! I love her, she's one of my favorite actresses and so cute!
-
I only drink vodka and patron with lime and water. I think it gives the most bang for your buck at only 69 cal per oz (typical shot is 1.5 oz) but I do miss beer! :(

I shoot for 500 per session

13,000ish. Perks of working in a restaurant lol

She wishes she was a ginger

Keurig makes a hibiscus tea that is so awesome. When I want it on ice, I throw a little stevia in there and it's very refreshing! Target also makes a great vanilla chai that makes a wonderful breakfast when you add almond milk or cashew milk. I love tea!

I think this is so very important! It's so easy to look at the package and say "okay 1 muffin = 100 cal" but if one muffin is supposed to be 80 g and your muffin is actually 90 g then you have a slight differential that should be accounted for.

I could be wrong here, but I want to say coffee is a diuretic, which causes you to lose water?
-
I don't count my water anymore but when I did water was strictly for water. And everything else was just a bonus. I didn't look through the whole thread but did anyone touch on the sodium content in diet drinks and the adverse effects high sodium content can have on hydration (the entire point of drinking water in my…

I get the hangry feels too. I almost got fired when I yelled at my District Manager to "shut the hell up" my second week of logging. Whoops
