A lie is a lie.. No matter how little or big! Just because "everyone lies one the internet", doesn't make it okay. It shows a lot of immaturity.. Relationship, friendships, etc. are based off of trust. They lied from the get go, and will prolly continue to lie.. Dust yourself off and move on!! :flowerforyou:

Very possible. Just requires a lot more self control!! When I did smoke and was losing weight I would make sure and do my work out B4.. Smoking makes me procrastinate.. Get a "game plan" and stick to it and you'll be fine!! :)

I have my moments like this as well.. If your hungry eat more!! (healthy foods of course) I eat if i'm hungry! If I don't, I will end up devouring unhealthy foods!! :x Then regret it later.. So if I am hungrier then usual, I eat more then usual :) And work out more then usual!! Hope this helps.. Don't let yourself feel…

Well.... you said you used chia seeds (2tbsp=120 cal) instead of flax seed, my milled flax seed is only 60 cal for 2 tbsp!
