I was 346.4 when I started way back when. My profile picture says a mouthful.0

I started at 326. Down to 315 in a little under a month. I haven't taken any pics yet, though.0

At my highest I was 307 (possibly more because I avoided the scale) and am currently 210... so close to 100lbs lost and onederland! My profile pic is a before and during. I am always open for new friends, feel free to add me.0

-Id have to say, having a good support system/surrounding yourself with people that are a good influence on your lifestyle change and that have a positive energy!
-patience is key!! success doesn't happen over night!
-get creative with food and exercise!! When we get bored, we tend to slack off!

Thanks I wish I did have a good support system but I dont and its so hard to eat different from the hubby and the kids based on smell and money lol. I really want to do it for me though!0 -

I started over 400 some where, and have lost into the low 300's, flirting with the high 200's after a little over a year. Don't have any pics from the highest end, but I do have pics from the mid 300's on down. Adding a new collage profile pic monthly. (Almost time for the new one to come out.)
