  • Make an egg casserole or egg muffins and reheat throughout the week. No need to wake up early if you prepare in advance.
  • Congrats on keeping on it! I've got two days to make up. Mad at myself for that, but I'm going to finish strong from here on out and get on the Ripped in 30 November train. I hear you on the lack of weightloss, but the muscles are definitely there!
  • Completed day 18 yesterday afternoon. Just forgot to come on here and post. I am pumped to move onto level three on Sunday. I like it better than level two, if I remember correctly.

  • Day 17 done for me. I finally was able to hold out for the entire last minute of abs without putting my knees down! That's a big victory for me to be able to hold plank for a minute! Rock on, ladies.
  • I've done workouts from both 6 Week 6 Pack and Ripped in 30. I have to say, 6 Week 6 Pack is a lot different than 30 Day Shred (and longer). And it's abs every day. If you want to continue the 3-2-1 circuit with full body toning + cardio, and in a shorter amount of time per day, I would recommend Ripped in 30. Both are…
  • I'm done with day 16 too. Whew, glad that's over.

  • Just finished day 15! My planks may just be getting a bit stronger. Wishful thinking, at least. Let's keep making that fat cry (haha, love that).
  • Yes, me! I'm game for a Nov. 1 start date for Ripped in 30. Let's do it.
  • Awesome! I'm down 1.5 lbs (since last Monday). I wish I would have done measurements and photos before starting, but I just jumped into this without thinking. Oh well, I'll do them before I start Ripped in 30 for November. (planting the seed now...who's with me?)
  • I saved my workout for the end of the day again. I need to stop doing that. But it's done! I'm not all that sore, but the planks are still killing me. I have such a hard time supporting myself on my arms/shoulders. Guess it proves how weak my core is! Inspires me to keep it up. Way to go all! See you tomorrow for the…
  • Day 13 done for me too...although it wasn't my proudest workout. I did it at 9:30 pm after a long day of running errands and a killer yoga class this morning. I modified everything so I didn't die. But I did it. Another X and another day closer to 30.
  • Pick a different cardio interval to do that doesn't hurt. As long as you're moving, it still counts! Don't injure yourself; it's not worth it.
  • I did day 12 last night and was too tired to log it. Still with ya!
  • Awesome! I haven't tried that DVD. Have you? Curious how it is. I'm sure Jillian's yoga is anything but peaceful, haha. I am hoping to start up with Ripped in 30 after the Shred. Two straight months of Jillian hell. :P
  • How far is 10,000 steps? Any idea? I always thought Fitbits seemed cool. :)
  • Day 11 done! I hate the plank jacks and plank jumps (I think she calls them "thrusts"?). And that last minute of abs makes you want to die. But I think we'll all find this level to be much more effective in starting to reveal results. It's killer. Great job on day 11, all.
  • Day 10 done. Level one done. Congrats on this milestone, all!

  • Day nine done for me too. I'm so glad so many people are keeping up with this. I'm excited to see how many of us make it to day 30!
  • day 8 done!

  • I did day 7 last night and just forgot to post. So I wanted to check in now. It was hard for me because I did it at the end of a long day. Here's to week two!
  • Day 6 done!
  • I remember from doing this before that level 2 is quite a bit harder! Cardio involves a lot of planks and abs. Jillian likes to double duty and man it is killer. But it sounds like so many people are improving their stamina, so that's great. I will be off to do day 6 within the hour. Rock on, everyone.
  • Agreed. I hope everyone is able to keep up the energy and get to day 30 together!
  • Day four done! Am I the only one who feels trimmer already? :)
  • Day three done (about 4 hours ago). Hope everyone's day four is better. I think we'll all find workout one getting easier starting tomorrow. In my past, I've found usually day two and three are the worst. Good luck!
  • Jen800: Yes, it's most like "A" in your options, yes. You know when you flex your bicep or squeeze your butt? Think of it like that for your abs. Squeeze your belly button to your spine, but not so much you stick your chest out. Just concentrate on feeling a muscular contraction (tightening) in your belly area.
  • I'm hoping to go straight through, unless my body really fights me. I think if you're doing other significant workouts, then yes, take rest days for sure.
  • Day two done here too! Playing music over Jillian is a great idea; I will have to try.
  • Day one complete! Feels good to get back into this. And it really is over before you know it. Keep it up everyone.
