I have been managing RA with a gluten free lower carb higher fat diet for years now. I would love to be in touch and hear how you are all managing.

I have a bike trailer that converts to a jogger and I love it. I have been using it for years and can't believe they sell for like $120. That money is well spent even if you only use it for jogging but we also love it for biking. You can even bike your kids out somewhere and then convert it to jog at a park or trail. I did…

quesadillas are good but some children like the soup better pureed. Do you top the soup off with cheese or sour cream? Good luck!

Bump. Thanks!

Just looking at your ticker, it looks like you don't have much to lose. My understanding is that in the last few pounds it is better to lower your goal and lose it slowly so you don't lose muscle. I lowered my goal to half a pound, am enjoying those extra calories and seem to be losing weight easier. Good luck to you!

You look fantastic! Thanks so much for sharing.

That was a cool post. Thanks for sharing. I started using weights when I started p90x and am now a firm believer in incorporating strength training. I weigh a little more than I have in the past but feel and look better.

Windsor Pilates. Great core work out and you are never on your feet. Good luck.

I finished yesterday and will toot my horn a little. I found time to do the shred all five days while in Cancun! The first day I had to do it in the hotel room w/o weights but the next four days I was able to do it in the morning at the gym using my laptop. Congrats everyone that finished and hang in there if you are…

Erin O'Brien's Strong Body, Ageless Body leaves my inner thighs burning the next morning every time. I love her!

add me! I am eating back my cals, doing well and very close to my goal.

Now that is cool!

Like "UlKE" I am cycling through the 3 different levels just to keep it interesting. I had just completed p90x when I started the shred so I figured I could handle all the levels. I have been managing to do all the workouts but they are challenging. I have only missed a couple of days because I don't want to give up the 90…

I am a few days in and going strong. It does get easier. Thanks for giving us a way to all check in and hold ourselves accountable.

I agree with "mycrazyturtles". Depending on how old the children are and how many there are, you have many different options. I am outside almost all day with my kids taking long walks, bike riding, playing games and just chasing them around. The more active you are with them the more energy you will have and the happier…

Bump. I will get back to you.

So far so good! Looks like my husband will be doing this with me as well. We got it done at 6am today. We have tickets to Cancun in about 30 days so I am hoping to look a little better for the beach. Good Luck everyone!

Like Tony says... Do your best and forget the rest! I think you will still see great results. You will still be doing an awesome workout 5 days a week and you may soon find yourself stronger and wanting to do more. Good Luck to you. I just finished p90x (lean schedule) and loved it.

I started two days ago but would love to jump in.

5'4"here too. I just went shopping today and as usual the petites were too short and the regulars were too long. Let me know if you find a store or brand that works for the "average" woman.

Amazing!
