Thank you both! I keep forgetting to log my food but will try and get into the rythym of it now that my baby is more settled. We're going for our first walk today.. very slow and not far but it's a start!

I count green tea and my fruit tea that only has 4 calories in it. Otherwise just straight water.

I have no advice except to say I can sympathise. My man is also very unhealthy, after quitting smoking he's just started smoking again this week (which causes snoring issues which cause more friction!) and he's been told by his doctor he's high risk for a heart attack. He has a gym membership he signed up for a year ago…

Great thank you. I'm already feeling a bit in limbo as I need to buy groceries and don't want to be spending money stocking up on the wrong type of food. I'm sticking to a good eating plan now though so I guess I can't be too wrong.

I'm close on 5'8 and aiming for around 145lbs and then I'll see how I feel. Last time I was at that weight everyone said I looked fantastic so I'm not sure if more loss would suit me, particularly as I'm in my mid 30's now, I don't want to look aged.

I used to have that problem. I decided the easiest way was to quit drinking altogether. Its been a year since I had a drink and I really don't miss it. I enjoy my weekends without headaches and hangovers!
