    I like this idea. Very simple...but motivational! I hesitate to join a challenge because whenever I do I seem to go into sabotage mode....but I have been doing so poorly since mid November that this certainly can't hurt!! Looking forward to getting started tomorrow :)

    day 2 - 45mins elliptical, 15mins rower, 10mins cycle, 100 squats, 40 degrees, hot, hot, hot in Melbourne, Australia, should of went swimming instead, oh well, another hot one tomorrow........

    I'd like to join please. I really need the motivation to work out at least 5 days a week.

    Day 1 for me today - 32 minutes on elliptical and a 15 min abs class :-)
