  • Hi! I just completed my 1st week. It's way more intense than 21 Day Fix. I too am more sore than usual, loving it though. I feel my body tightening.
  • 1. Cruise in July 2. Being able to wear wedding/engagement ring again
  • Hi, I am 44. I started 21 Day Fix on Monday. In January I began cutting candy, cookies, soda, juice. I cut flavored creamer and just use half and half. I wanted to slowly implement changes because I have yo-yo'ed and now that I'm older I feel that there are more obstacles than my younger (pre-3 kids days). I have diastisis…
  • I also need portability. I wake up at 5, drive an hour to gym by work (helps me avoid traffic build up while getting fitness in) and work from 8-4 sometimes 5 then commute back home. If I don't bring enough food, it's a catastrophe for me lol.
  • Hi, sorry I wasn't specific. Here's the Dr's orders: Avoid sugar, processed foods, white rice, bread, and pasta. I can have brown rice and whole wheat products but only 1/2 a cup. The rest of my plate has to be veggies and a lean protein (about 4 ounces) I can have eggs, berries, dairy (thank God or I would have been over…
  • I'll try that. I did pick up some zucchinis and I have made them like a pasta which is yummy too. I tried to add it to my garden but only got one, which was delicious by the way.
  • Thanks, I did look at her site and saw some tasty options. As far as taste, I do prefer to steam I just don't always take the time to do it and can't figure out what to mix it with for taste. I avoid canned veggies. I try to get frozen that doesn't have anything added to it. I just don't make them consistently so I buy…
  • Thanks all! I'm looking forward to learning to make healthy meals that are filling. I also need to avoid chemicals and eat as naturally as possible.
  • Congrats for the baby news and weight loss! I just went for my visit today and am 7.5 weeks along. Unfortunately I had only just started working out a month ago after having my last two years ago and wasn't really dieting because I just wanted to start somewhere. My Dr gave me a handout with lists of foods and how much.…
  • I'd like to try them both! I'm a big fan of breakfast sandwiches but I started to cut down because I was not making them or getting them from healthy places. I'm currently eating 2 hardboiled eggs and a banana but I know I'll get tired of that soon so both options seem like good next steps to me.
  • I just ordered TapouT XT and I'm super excited. I'm hoping my hubby does it too. I'm currently in bootcamp but I don't think I can afford it for more than a few months so I plan to continue the burn with this video series. I joined the Facebook support group so I'm hopeful.

  • Same here still struggling with the same 40 pounds to lose since I had my daughter over 5 years ago. Tired of being asked if I'm working on another because most of my weight is concentrated in my abdomen. My dr is also on my case and I don't want to start the cycle of medicines and illness. I'm making this my main focus in…
  • Checking in today at 168.9. I had a bad week dealing with pink eye. Planning to enjoy my Mother's Day meal and getting back on track Monday so I can register some real weight loss. Glad to see lots of people losing. Keep up the good work!
  • After gaining the weight my legs have cheesy looking parts and these pressure sometimes gives me knee pain so I can't attack some of the leg exercises like I used to in my fitter and younger days. Some of the old-school exercises also work well without hurting the knees like the fire hydrant on all fours and kick backs and…
  • Even when I was skinny I had big thighs but we all gotta remember there are all types of body types and people that love each type. I lucked out that my hubby likes big legs and booty. I didn't set out to find someone that loves my body type but it is an advantage, I don't have major pressure to become stick thin. I'm…
  • Great idea and thanks for this! I've been on vacation from work and kind of fell off the wagon. I know when I go back I'll have to deal with a lot so I'll need to be strong and focused. -Not let work stress me out or take me away from my goals. -Exercise every morning - elliptical or turbo jam -Strength train 3 times a…
  • Good morning! I am checking in for today at 169.7. I kinda fell off the wagon, I have been on vacation and took a break but I'm ready to get back on track. I'm so happy I'm under 170, it's been awhile and now I can get back on track and make 160 a real goal!!
  • I'm 5'2" and haven't weighed 125 since I was in the Army. Once I had my daughter I ballooned and can't get below 170. I'm in a weird phase and I feel like I am starving and I want to eat crap and I feel like I am fighting to stay motivated. I've been eating out more than usual so I think that is throwing me off but I feel…

  • Aww, that was nice. I should be getting ready for work but was too tired to get up after logging my workout calories. This so fit the bill, thanks! Have a great weekend everyone!!
  • I agree with avoiding those treats. Every time I try, it gets ugly. I get the 100 cal packs because the thought of ripping through more than one keeps me in a check but an open box of cookies will not make it around me. I know because I had an episode with some tagalongs today. I thought I could have two and move on, but…
  • I couldn't agree more with the love for a scale! I am so glad I read the comments because i was measuring everything and not using the zero function! Duh, I am so glad I know now, it'll be dinner prep so much easier!
  • Hi, I want to join too! I'm checking in today at 170.5lbs. My birthday is in July so I'd like to rock a new look my night out! I haven't been eating my exercise calories and I see my weight loss is hitting a plateau. Hope to give my metabolism a kick start.
  • Job well done! Good for you!
  • Great way to look at it! I plan to keep that in mind as I work on my goals!
