If I don't like it but it's not totally disgusting I might use it for cooking (barbeque/beer can chicken/casserole). Or save it up and take it to a party - there's always someone there who either likes it and/or doesn't care what they're drinking!

More exercise = I get to eat more food! Woohoo! :D But yeah - if you're going for weight loss, pay attention to your net calories. And fuel your body, don't starve yourself: starvation mode = fat storage (our bodies are awesome like that!)
