1300 cals isn't much to be lasting 24 hours. I think there might be someithng in the "Automatic Newsfeed Update Settings" where you can turn off those notifications and stop them from showing up in your newsfeed if you're interested in that.

i'm Canadian, so we had ours already and i maxed out at approx 3500 and that was refusing seconds on ice cream. I totally enjoyed one piece of each pie going and everything else i could get at haha Don't regret one single second of it!!!
