You are all such stunning women before and after.
But it's amazing to see how much younger everyone looks when they have lost a bit of weight!
Congrats to you all!0 -

Wow!! You are SUCH an inspiration to me! You look fantastic! I'm 5'-4.5" and 279. With MFP, I've lost 11lbs in the last 25 days. I pray I'll look as good in a year!!0 -

5'4", age 38. Starting size in these pictures, 22W, current size 8 on the bottom, 10 on top. My MFP ticker is counting down from when I started MFP, not from my all time high (which the pictures represent).
You look great! Your before clothes size is where I was when I started, and I haven't been an 8 since high school, but that definitely gives me a "I could possibly be in single digit pants" goal!0 -
I love these threads!
this is me at 174 lbs in a bikini running around in public... next to a pic of me at 135 lbs in a bikini running around in public

Im 5'4 and 25 years old. SW after having my second child was 220, stuck in the 190's afterwards for about a year....currently at 168
I started to really acknowledge that I needed to lose weight in April of this year and took my initial before pics but fell off the wagon and really picked up again around July. Im down 26 pounds since then!! I am trying to stick with the idea of NOT being on a diet and focusing on making better choices and being more active, every day! Hope to find more ladies out there with similar goals!
Here is my 26 down before/after pics, i can finally start to tell a difference! YAY!

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the community (although I have a MFP account for a couple of years now), and I've been battling fluctuating weights for all my life. I'm 5'4-5'5, and my weight has fluctuated between 60kg to 74kg throughout my adult life. Over the past 1 year, due to a city move and work changes, I have been more sedentary, and I hit my highest ever weight at 74kg. I stopped going to the gym for 14 months. I was miserable, lethargic, hungry all the time and even my complexion was dull. My hair didn't look healthy and I couldn't wear a lot of my old clothes.
A few weeks ago, I was trying on my dresses for a friend's wedding. I was shocked that I couldn't fit in many of my dresses. Granted, I haven't been shopping for new clothes for over a year, but I could see that I've gone up from a UK size 10 (UK size 6) to at least a UK size 12-14. This has really hit home for me, and I realised that I have to do something about my weight. So, I started going to the gym regularly, and I've started eating healthy as well.
There are times when I feel so weak and I wanted to give into temptations. When I see the temptations, I would come to this thread and look at all the amazing after-photos. You ladies have given me the motivation to continue working on my body.
Right now, I'm 68kg, and I'm nearly halfway there. Thanks so much!0 -
Wow!! You all look so amazing!0

Just back from the gym/weigh-in and am just 2 lbs off my "goal weight" of 133lbs and 10 days to go until my wedding!!
I've gone from 156lbs to 135 lbs in just over a year and a half.
I saw the biggest change when I started doing weights last July so anyone struggling to see much improvements with cardio only it's worth getting a gym instructor to point you in the right direction and giving it a try...0 -

I'm 5"4', started at 160 lbs. I'm now around 135 lbs, my scale broke so I'm not exactly sure lol. I'll be starting maintenance whenever I get a working scale.
I did the -20% TDEE method and only did POP Pilates on YouTube in terms of exercise.
