Thank you SeaStar, your videos are amazing! I got my hoop in the mail today plus a pair of new tennis shoes, so I'm hoping to give it a shot in the morning! I would tonight, but I have a final to finish up!

My mom saw it on Dr. Oz and she's been taking them. I take them most days but haven't noticed a huge change, on days I take sometimes I'm not as hungry and some days it feels like they have helped with bloating. I'm not completely sold on them though... :)

So I'm really behind on this lol The last day I did was L1D4... I think I got a heel spur or something it hurt everytime I would put weight on my heel. I haven't been to the dr or anything just wrapped and iced it and tried to stay off of it. It feels better so I'm going to try this again tonight lol

I started yesterday, did 5 minutes and stopped (I'm getting over the flu) about 30 minutes later I started again and finished! Today was a little bit easier... I'm a sahm and I only log the cleaning if I do something like moving the couch to find the toys under it :) or I take the rug out of the living room and mop under it to get any spills from my daughter Basically if it's something I don't do everyday I log it.

Do you have a Wii? Their Zumba game is really great. I've only tried that one so I'm I can't help you much... But maybe check on Amazon.com and read the reviews on some.

My husbands Asian(Hawaiian/Chinese/Filipino) and when we do make authentic food it's pretty hard to find it in the food database... I usually try to match it up as close as possible to something in there already *if i'm lazy* or I will put everything in one by one.

I Just started L1D1 today and would love to join you guys if that's ok :) I do not have my scale or measuring tape yet, I will have them on the 30th though if I can find the right box they're in, but that will be the first things I dig out after over 2 months of not having them lol We just did a military move to Germany…

My baby girl is 15 months and still sleeps like that sometimes... lol Usually if she's sitting and gets tired she sleeps like that :)

After seeing everyones results I'm gonna try to do this again lol I've tried a few times in the past and failed lol Well I'll do it as soon as all my stuff gets to my house (just did a military move to Germany) hopefully we get our stuff next week so I'll have my scale and tape measure and everything! Count me in :) start weight is 210 goal weight is hopefully 200 I'd be happy with anything lower than 210 lol tomorrow until the 8th is gonna be hard since my family is coming down for my daughters first birthday/baptism... So we'll see how that goes :) Good luck everybody!
