    I weighed in at 211.5 this morning lost 2 pounds this week ! Pressing towards 200 hopefully will be there if not April 1st soon after !

    My regular weigh in is Mondays, but for this I go with Tuesdays. To bad because I weighed less yesterday. LOL

    Oh no. T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E week last week. A family occasion + out of comfort zone for 5 days + TOM :( Im up 4.5lbs this week. I pray its just water!!! :(:(:(

    I did ok till Applebee's last night. Oh well. I am changing workouts from all cardio to a combo of P90x workouts, kettlebell workouts and cardio. Maybe that will help out.

    i gotta honestly say this challenge motivated me. its the only reason i got where i am today. i fell off the wagon last week and gained 5 lbs... (i was verry sick, didnt workout, and slept all day for 4 days) i worked my *kitten* off this last week

    this week my current weight is 177.7
    starting (challenge) 177.9
    goal weight for april 1st: 168

    Nothing....not last week, not this week. I know it's my own fault. I just can't figure out why I keep sabatoging myself. I know better but REFUSE to make better choices. Anyway....feeling sorry for myself. Congrats to all those who are keeping up the fight. Keep up the good work!!

    It has to be me not eating enought crazy I know how that sounds!!
    However I have been doing Purre Barre like Crazy.. Since last Tuesday I have gone to 6 classes and will make it today if it kills me. I can really see the results.. Guess I am toning and hte weight will come eventually!
