My current weight is 213.5 ! I lost a pound this week ! I am hoping to make it to 200 this month if not i will be pretty close !0

CW 195.5!! Doing a happy dance :} I'm sure some of this reflects part of 1/2 pound gain from last week, but doing the dance anyway!!0

So my old scale broke and had to get a new one ( I think the kids jumped on it to many times!) So this one was a bit higher than the last one (though closer to my Dr.'s scale, go figure)... so I adjusted the previous weights accordingly and here are my stats.
March 1: 156
March 8: 154.6
My Goal weight for April 1 will still be 150 though... I WILL get there!

I like my doctor's scale more than mine this morning. Official diagnosis is bronchitis (BOOO) and no working out for a week!!! The good part is my scale said 147.5 this morning where the doctor's said 146.5. I'm going with his! lol
My goal this week is continue to eat healthy and maybe take a couple walks around the apartment with my pedometer and attempt to hit 10,000 steps so that I am at least moving.0 -
