I've dealt with bloating for many years. No one thing took away all of the bloating, but each thing took away a little more. The first thing I did was to eliminate bubbly drinks. I drink it regularly. I have digestive issues and, for me, after trying pills and real food, it works the best and is worth the expense. I use it as a meal replacement, but I wouldn't recommend it as a diet aid. It helps normalize my digestion, but I can't say it has helped me lose weight.

It seems like I always go over my sugar limit, but as long as it is mostly from fruit or other natural foods, I don't let it worry me.

People started noticing at about 35 pounds. One person said that there was something different about me but couldn't put her finger on it. I said I lost weight. she said that wasn't it. Go figure.

I track on WW and MFP. I'm on 1600 calories right now and I find that although I'll have to use my AP's or some of my weeklies, I don't run out of points if I don't go over on MFP.

It's been 20 years since I've had a real caffeinated soda. Had to cut it out caffein for medical reasons. It's been 5 years since I gave up all carbonated drinks. Got tired of the bloat. I feel better but I wish I could still drink them. I still miss the fizz, but it's not worth the pain.
