    was thinking about aiming for a lower Goal this week cos i couldnt do my 60 mins exercise per day thing last week but decided against it. im sure this week i'll be able to stick to it.
    walking is all i do for cardio right now, but at a brisk pace. started & failed c25k for the second time this October :laugh:
    i'll get to jogging one day...
