    Wed: 60 minute walk with a 25 minute session of C25Kish within
    Thur: went to a play instead of Aquafit just a bit of walking

    Thank you, 10 pounds to go to get back to the weight I was before I had whatever this incident was. I am thankful for every pound lost and for every day that I feel good as well!
