  • I've got the podcast ready, I'm currently doing 30ds as well, I really want to do C25K as well, but I don't know if my body will let me do it yet.
  • Thanks guys I thought I wasn't getting anywhere but I know I am now, this motivates me to keep going and working harder!!
  • I struggle with the pushups out of all the exercises in level 1 the pushups I hate, the rest I love it's only because I can't do pushups very well, especially on the second set of them I have to stop half way then get back to them just do my arms get a quick rest!
  • Well I'm on my last 5 days of level 1 I've done it in 10 days (weekends are my break days) so I'm going to start level 2 next week if it's too difficult I'll go back down to level 1 for another week.
  • This is my last week in level 1 then next week it's on to level 2 eeeek!!!
  • Would it be wise to start c25k whilst doing 30ds or am I pushing my luck, I really want to try c25k but I don't know where to fit it in??

  • I really can't do the push ups not for that amount of time anyway, I do try to keep going with them by sometimes it's a case of not getting all the way down, my favourite part is the last section with the chest flys and side lunges I look forward to that part most in level 1.
  • I drink upto 2 pints of water a day and then a 500ml bottle of water in the evening, I can say that my pee is pretty clear when I go lol
  • I did today sort of as well because we had to go out earlier we didn't have time to prepare and eat anything do we picked up a pizza on the way home, I feel crap for eating the pizza but what can I do, just got to move on, none of us are perfect.

  • Did day 3 today thighs and legs in general are quit sore, bring on day 4!! By the weekend I think I'm going to be crawling everywhere!

  • I plan my eating for work do I won't be tempted with the vending machine for something sugary, I tend to take pineapple pieces and carrots for snacks the carrots actually fill me up more, and a banana keeps me going in the morning.   • I do all these things, cellulite is evil shows up really bad on my thighs

  • I've always had pretty big calves, now I've been working out and slowly losing weight I'm seeing a big difference in my calves more than anything else as they are more defined and firm, I don't think I'm ever going to have smaller calves so I'll have to work round them with boots etc!
  • I always gain a bit of weight when I'm due on its usually worse upto 2 weeks with bloating so I always avoid weighing or measuring until the week after everything has settled down.
  • Ive just received my 30ds DVD woo hoo. I'm going to start it Monday, since Ive got my routine set for this week already, but I'm going to measure myself again before I start 30ds and lets hope I make progress!!

  • I only drink water these days apart from a cup of tea in the morning, I just trained my self to having water in the day instead of tea. I always keep bottles of water in the fridge (refilled from tap) and at work I keep a pint glass on my desk so I get through about 2 of those a day and then upto 2 bottles in the evening.
