I typically try one new machine every time I go to shock my body. I like to feel sore because It feels good and makes me think that I accomplished a lot.

I have them and they do work! They actually workout your entire arms and chest and you can feel it working! Personally, their harder for me to use than doing a regualar push up but, ilove using them because i can feel the burn when i use them.

Some days I will walk or run on the treadmill for 10 minutes or so. It depends on the day. But, Since I have started I have seen an improvement in my body and am losing more weight than I was before starting the 30DS.

I tried that video about 6 months ago and really enjoyed it!!! It was on Time Warner Cable free on demand and then they got rid of it so I had to stop doing it....but, I'm defiantly going to try it on Youtube now that you reminded me....keep up the great worK!

The 20 minutes is intense and according to articles I have read the first 15 minutes of ANY workout is what really counts. So yes, you should be doing one level, once per day. However you can add in other exercises, I personally like to run or walk the treadmill for 10 minutes as well as doing the 30 day shred. It's all up…

3rd day now..... and I have sunburn :( Of course this would happen to me! and it is making me discouraged. I'm not sure how I can do the exercises with sunburn all over my body... it hurts to move. Any recommendations?
