Anyone feel free to add me too. I'm looking to lose 20-25lbs and would love to share this journey.

Thanks for your input everyone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it as kbare85 suggested. Will see how it goes....

I find weekdays are much easier to stay on track. I more regimented and focused. Weekends we seem to have family and friends gatherings are always popping up and there is so much tempting food.

Welcome and feel free to add me. No such thing as too much support.

I didn't double up on my 30 day Shred but I averaged about 5 days a week. When I had finished 30 days of shredding (which was more like 40 actual days) I was only down 3 lbs but a WHOOPING 10.5 inches! It's a great workout and truly SHREDS you. Good luck. Enjoy the rest of the summer and thank you for being a teacher!!!…

I LOVE peanut butter and I'm not giving it up. I usually have one tbsp on a banana or two tbsp with my apple and just log it accordingly. Everything in moderation.....

Great job! Congratulations! :drinker:

Awesome job! You look great!

My momma always told me, "we all gonna eat 5 lbs of dirt before we die. Might as well enjoy it! :drinker:

I'm not giving it up. Switch to light or just do some extra cardio. Remember, everything in moderation. :drinker:

Exercise is not needed for weight loss. A calorie deficit is what is needed. That being said, exercise enhances weight loss when following a proper eating regime. I have loss 10 lbs so far, mostly walking but I do Jillian Michels 30 Day Shred a few times a week and also eliptical on occasion. But I love being outside so…

This! I can't wait to wear my new-old clothes, or my old-new clothes. Either way, I hear my size 8 jeans calling my name.

I'm a nurse so I'm on my feet ALOT. I also have plantar fascitis in my feet and tore a tendon in my ankle that had to be surgically repaired. Good shoes make the world of difference. I like either Danskos or Sanitas. They are fabulous. I can work a 12 hr shift and my feet don't hurt. They are a bit pricey but so worth it.…

I'm right there with you. I can be so disciplined all day at work and then as soon as I walk in the door. I become the Hoover vacuum! I can easily consume 1000kc before dinner. I think it's a stress reliever for me. I'm trying now to pop strong flavor cinnamon gum in my mouth when I pull into the driveway. I then go…

I think you should be quite proud of yourself and don't downplay your success. 7lbs and 12.5 inches in 30 days is fantastic! WTG! :drinker:

This is just what happened to me! I lost 25 lbs 5 yrs ago and kept it off for a couple of years, Then an injury and subsequent surgery happened and I regained the weight plus some :frown: Consider yourself older and wiser. You now know what you need to do to take it off and keep it off...for good! So what, if you need to…

Ditto. If I don't track, I lose track. Next thing you know, I'm carrying around 25lbs unwanted lbs. I think for me, tracking must be a way of life. Congratulations on your weight loss and good luck!

Ditto. Thanks

Well said. Unless you have walked a mile in someone shoes, you don't know what their journey entails. Everyone has their own struggles. Life is hard enough, don't be so judgmental.

Have you tried BodyGlide? It's a anti-chafe balm. You can get it at running stores and Amazon carries it too. It really helps to reduce the friction that is generated when skin rubs against something, including other skin. But to be on te safe side, I would first have it check out to make sure it's not a staph infection or…
