I don't drink Shakeology anymore, but when I did the only thing that made it yummy to me was vanilla extract. Maybe try that?

I used to drink Shakeology daily - and I swore by the formula that was available two versions ago. I had no benefits from the current one, and the version before it caused some kind of horrible allergy in my neck. And I'm not a coach :) I know people love their Body by Vi Shakes! Good luck!

Wow no kidding? That's too bad - I love pulling out Lower 20... I would say if you want to add different workouts to your TurboFire collection, the Fire 60 and HIIT 30 are super fun. I loved it until they changed the formula; I didn't like the taste after that. So unfortunate, because I looked forward to it every morning!

I wake up at 5 in the morning during the weekday exercise, and I find that dry toast (along with coffee) is the only thing I can eat that doesn't make me feel nauseous... and if I skip it, my workout is terrible :)

Lol I'm in the same boat as you -- but then I remembered the sodium soaked veggie fajitas I had last night and I gave myself a break; I mean I even had corn tortillas c'mon :). That sodium gets me every time, but I LOVE flavorful foods!

Turbo Fire is the most fun I've ever had while exercising! I highly recommend... I started noticing that my abs were harder within the first week too. Each month pushes my body harder and gets different results. I've lost 14 pounds and 12 inches and I've just started Month 5 (in the Advanced Series). Good luck! and add me!
