  • The reason I say call the cops, is because that is what the police have told our HOA to do if someone come on your property on a regular basis and takes thing or damages thing on the property. If they improperly prune the trees they could kill them. Or if they get hurt picking or pruning or doing God knows what they could…
  • Next time call the police. because who knows the next time they could be in your house.
  • Dela....where? Yes I am from Delaware. We are the first State.
  • I am 36 and people think I am 26-28. The only time I looked my age was when I was 22. When I was 16, the TNN crew was filming the race at Dover Downs, I was giving out coffee to everyone. That afternoon they brought me a beer. I asked them, "How old do you think I am?", They said, "22". I told them that I was only 16, they…
  • Sounds like my husband. I recently held up a photo of my dad and told him that this is where he was headed. It was my dad in his casket at 66yr old. My dad was 350lbs when he died and my husband is about 300lbs and 35yrs old. I asked him if he loved me and the kids, he said yes. I told him to prove it, because he was going…
  • Go to their website. You can plan a whole meal and know the ins and outs and everything, including putting stuff on, and taking stuff off. I go there all the time. It is a great resource.
  • I like mine poached(with a running yoke) on a slice of bread(not toasted) with a half tablespoon of salsa.
  • Oh and another one, people who think that they are too good or not good enough to use the sidewalks or cross walks, I want to scream at them, especially when there is a cross walk just 10 feet away or the sidewalk is just one step over. Where did these people go to school?
  • I work in retail/grocery. I hate when people pick up stuff especially cold/frozen food and decide that they don't want it, and instead of putting it back where it belongs, just dumping it where ever they are. I have found eggs hidden in stuffed animal, ice cream mixed in with Christmas gifts, raw meats all over, and frozen…
  • Must use the "Movie Voice" when reading this. By Day she is a a ordinary housewife and mother of 3, but at night she is the OVERNIGHT WALMART CASHIER. I work the 10pm-7am shift 5 days a week.
  • For me it is Cal Sodium Iron
  • I have the opposite problem, I can not seem to get enough sodium. I end up sometime eating 1/8 of a teaspoon of table salt just to get enough at the end of the day. If I don't get at least 2000mg a day I get blackout spells and my blood pressure falls. My doctor told me to keep my sodium levels up. When I had my blood work…
  • Pick the driver before we leave the house, and give them the keys. No one drinks and drives. I have lost too many people because of this. If you are the driver you do not drink, if you drink you do not drive. Also I only drink 1 strong drink an hour. That way I don't fall asleep before I get home.
  • I will never give up any food or drink, ever. Cut down maybe, give up, never. What would life be without the occasional cake, cookie, ice cream, hard drink, or other little indulgence. Long and boring. Moderation, yes, exclusion, never.
  • This is why I keep fruit, 100cal ice cream cups, 100 cal snacks, fiber one bars, fat free milk, and Hersey kisses in the house. At the end of the night I am on a snack binge sometimes to meet my calorie goal because I worked out too hard that day.
  • I found them at WalMart. Here in Delaware, they are about $5 a pint.
  • Cherry Coke Zero. OMFG it is so good. It tastes just like the real deal without the calories. I am so in love. I LOVE YOU COKE ZERO AND ALL YOUR WONDERFUL FLAVORS!!!!!
  • Without cheese, I would not hit my calorie goals, my sodium goals, or my calcium goals. I need my salt or I have black out spells. My doctor told me to take in at least 2000mg a day or she would put me on a salt tablet. She loves this program because when I come in for my 4month rechecks she can go over my levels and make…
  • I am 5'5" I want to be 130 but everyone at work says that is way to thin. I am currently 176 and a size 13/14. I want to be a size 8/10. so I really don't have a weight goal just a size goal.
  • I chug it. I grab a bottle(that I refill) and chug it. And I do it 4 times a day. But I eat a lot of wet foods, like watermelon, peaches, plums, grapes, really juicy fruit, so I don't really need to drink as much. if your(TMI) pee is clear and very pale yellow then your fine. The 64ozs of water a day is a myth. as long as…
  • I watched my dad die when I was 23 because he did not care about watching what he ate or taking care of his health. Because of this he was not there for my wedding, he will never meet my children, he will never see me graduate from college. I know he loved me, but it still hurts that he did not love me enough to take care…
  • My knees have been a problem since I was in 5th grade. The pain only stopped when I hit 180. Doctors don't have a clue why they hurt. I have had x-rays and MRIs. I buy new sneakers every 6months or so. I will try the Omegas when I go grocery shopping next.
  • I haven't, yet. But I think it would be a fun thing to do on a "Date Night" with my husband.
  • I have a workout program on my Xbox360. It has a Heart Rate monitor on it and it counts my calorie burn also. But I have no idea how to log it so I guess at it. It has a lot of squats, and running in place, and jumping, with some step aerobics, and a ton of other workout things in it too. I mean I am dripping in sweat…
  • I prefer Coke Zero, if and when I do drink soda. Too many bubbles. I prefer lime aide made with Splenda(it dissolves better than sugar in cold temperatures)
  • I have a kettle-bell and I don't even bother to add it to my log book. Simply because I have no idea where to put it or how to log it. And what is a HRM and how does it count your calorie burn?
  • Hey there, I am 36 and a mom of 3, I have a 7yr old son, and 5 yr old boy/girl twins. Plus I work the overnight shift at the local WalMart so I understand busy. Welcome.
